How long does it take my order to arrive?

Within the US, Niro Design shipments typically arrive within 5-7 days from the date of purchase. International shipments often take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Who designs the jewelry?

All pieces are handmade and designed by Nicole Robinson, the owner/creator of Niro Designs.  See About Us to learn more.

Do all Jewelry pieces use of up-cycled materials?

Not at Niro Design pieces are made using up-cycled materials.  However, whenever possible we choose to leverage materials that would otherwise be discarded, giving them new value while minimizing our collective footprint.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States.

Do you offer customized jewelry? 

We offer customized jewelry options upon request made via our Contact Us form.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchasing rates?

Given our current small batch production model, we have limited capacity for events, organizations, and physical stores. We are not currently partnering with additional web-based sales vendors. Please reach out to us via our Contact Us form for additional information.
