    We hope you love your piece as much as we do. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return unused products in their original condition for a refund within 30 days of receiving the product.

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    We are unable refund gift cards.

    Custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    All discounted purchases are final sale. No returns or exchanges on sale items.

    Returns Process

    To start a return, email us at hello@nirodesigns.com with your reason for the return. Please include the following information in your email:

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the amount on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to follow the returns process (stated above) for your unwanted product, and place a new order for the desired product.
