    We hope you love your piece as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. At this time, returns and exchanges are available for orders shipped within the United States and Canada only.

    Eligibility

    To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In their original condition

    • Returned in original packaging with all tags and labels attached

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

    Please note:

    • Gift cards are non-refundable

    • Custom and made-to-order items are final sale

    • All discounted or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

    How to Start a Return

    To initiate a return, please email us at contactus@nirodesigns.comwith:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

    For Canadian orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

    Once we receive and inspect your item, you will be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly and make it right.

    Exchanges

    To ensure the fastest service, we recommend completing the return process for your original item and placing a new order for the replacement item.
